Healthy No-Churn Fruit Sorbet

No whisking needed for dairy-free and sugar-free fruit drinks; 5 minutes and a high-powered blender is all it takes. Feel free to customize the food according to the frozen fruit on hand that suits you.


  • 6 cups frozen fruit (strawberry, mango, raspberry, peach, etc.)
  • 1/4 cup fruit juice (orange, pomegranate, pineapple, cherry, etc.)
  • 3 tablespoons of agave nectar (or honey for mixing)
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon aloe vera nectar (or honey for sweetening)


Step 1
Chop the frozen fruit into rough chunks. Place the chopped fruit, fruit juice, agave, and salt in a powerful blender. Attach the lid and process the mixture on high power until the sorbet is completely smooth, thick and creamy, 2-3 minutes, scraping the sides of the mixer as needed.

Step 2
Taste the mixture and add more aloe vera if desired.

Step 3
For a smoother sherbet, serve immediately. To get a firmer texture, transfer the sorbet to a freezer-safe container and leave it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Sorbet can be frozen for up to a week. Before serving, let it tenderize at room temperature for 20 minutes, or leave it in the microwave for a few seconds.
