Ingredients
100 grams medium carrots
75gm medium white carrots
1 small pear
Method
- Peel and chop the vegetables, then place them in a small saucepan and cover with water.
- Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer for 12 to 15 minutes until soft.
- Alternatively, steam cooks vegetables for 15 minutes or until they are done. Mix until smooth, adding about 2 tablespoons of the cooking water.
- Add the pears 5 minutes before the end of the cooking time. Drain reserves the water.
