Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast (4 oz. each)
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 cups cherry tomatoes
- 8 ounces fresh mozzarella (small balls such as clinging)
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
