Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 2 tablespoons of peanut butter
  • 1 cup cold milk
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup oatmeal (easy to prepare – simply place the oats in a food processor or blender and blend until it’s the consistency of flour)
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 handful of ice (optional)
